Snail House Support
Having trouble with your snail, save, sound, or notification?
Quick fixes
- Close and reopen Snail House if the game does not refresh after returning to it.
- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Snail House if the one-hour reminder does not appear.
- Use the sound button inside Snail House Settings to turn effects on or off.
- Progress is stored on this device. Deleting the app may remove it.
